So the newest news I just received is that Leslie Mann is slated to play Jim Carrey’s wife in his new movie, “I Love You, Philip Morris” which also co-stars the sexy Ewan McGreggor. If you check out IMDb you’ll notice that the plot synopsis is empty, but what I’ve gathered so far is that:

Jim plays a character that goes to jail and falls in love with his cell mate (Ewan).

Jim Carrey certainly got his start in show business by starring in screw ball comedies, but I think he’s proven that he’s more than capable of playing a darker character. One of my husbands favorite movies is, “The Truman Show” and though you couldn’t describe it as dark, Jim did an amazing job in it. Which movies do you all love with Jim?

“Pirates of The Caribbean” star, Orlando Bloom was photographed on the set of his new movie, “New York, I Love you” also starring the wonderful and talented Christiana Ricci. I took a look at the credits of the movie and it’s a veritable who’s who of young Hollywood. Shia LeBeouf, Blake Lively, Natalie Portman, Hayden Christensen, and Rachel Bilson are also set to star in this film. Not to mention some old Hollywood greats like, Kevin Bacon, Ethan Hawke, and Robin Right Penn to name just a few. The plot line is simple though I’m sure the actual movie will be anything but.

An anthology film joining several love stories set in one of the most loved cities of the world, New York.

Anyone interested in seeing this movie? I’m always curious how a movie will turn out when there are several “stars” in it.
